Product Overview

Astragalus Root, known as Huang Qi, is a time-honored botanical widely featured in traditional East Asian kitchens and classical herbal preparations.

Our organic, cultivated Astragalus is sliced into round discs  and low-temperature dried to preserve its natural aroma, golden color, and active compounds.

This food-grade root is free from sulfur, pesticides, and additives, offering a clean and traditional ingredient suitable for culinary and decoction use.

Its active constituents include triterpenoid saponins (astragalosides), polysaccharides, and naturally occurring flavonoids.
