Crisp, aromatic bulbs with mild anise flavor; fronds and seeds are also edible.
Grow style: Best in raised beds or in-ground; large containers (12–14" deep) work well. Not ideal for windowsills. Hydroponics possible for advanced growers. Needs consistent moisture and fertile soil.
Prolific? Typically one 0.5–1.5 lb. bulb/plant; can regrow greens after cutting.

Sowing Instructions: Direct sow 1/4" deep, 6–12" apart after frost; avoid heat stress to prevent bolting. Full sun; fertile, well-drained soil.

3. Report any issues with the package within 24 hours of the USPS delivery timestamp.

4. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and understand the risks of shipping living plants. Some damage to leaves or roots is normal during transit. We are here to assist with acclimating your new plant.

5. Plant size and fullness may vary slightly from listing photos, but we strive for consistency.

6. These terms are final once the package is shipped via USPS and the tracking number is generated and scanned.
